Payment is non-refundable if lessons are missed.
If you wish your child to stop Dance or Gymnastics lessons then a half term’s notice must be given in writing to info@danceedhg.com
The information that you have provided in this registration form is used by Dance Educational Ltd. to contact parents / carers regarding dance classes and events, as well as ensuring that we are able to contact you in an emergency.

Please note, as part of these classes your child will be working towards dance / gymnastics performances throughout the academic year. It is very important, therefore, that they are committed to attending classes each week.
Dance Educational Ltd. reserve the right to ask the child to leave a club if behaviour is disrespectful or unsafe.
Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
Dance Educational Ltd. or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
Dance Educational Ltd. reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - info@danceedhg.com
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using info@danceedhg.com
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, Dance Educational Ltd. will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
In Gymnastics lessons your child will have the opportunity to work towards the British Gymnastics Rise Course Certificates. In signing up for the class it indicates that you are happy for your child to work towards the certificates in lessons and that you are content for information such as your child’s name, date of birth and parent email address to be registered with British Gymnastics. If you do not want your child to work towards British Gymnastics Rise Certificates and register with British Gymnastics please let us know in writing - info@danceedhg.com
